1. as good as I remembered
I played it before, about 3-4 years ago, and it was as good as I remembered it.
However, today, the greens were extremely fast. Whilst I managed to get the speed for putts, chipping it close was nigh-on impossible - there seemed to be no check given whatsoever.
They had their Junior Championship today and, after our round, someone told me that on downhill parts of some greens, the stimpmeter was up to 15, which explains a lot.
I also played the first 9-holes on the New Course, which also impressed me.
Burhill has to be one of England's best golf clubs.
